Cellulite doesn’t discriminate, and it appears in various areas of the body and can form virtually anywhere. One of the benefits of Emtone™ is that it can treat some of the most common areas that experience cellulite, including the backs of the legs, the buttocks, the arms, and the abdomen. You can choose to treat one or multiple areas based on your needs. Our technician can evaluate your problem areas and then design a custom-tailored treatment plan that addresses your cellulite-prone areas so you can achieve smooth skin, tighter skin, and increased confidence.
During an Emtone™ treatment, your technician will prepare the treatment area by first applying a moisturizing topical product to ensure that the handpiece glides smoothly across the skin in the treatment area. This treatment is non-invasive and doesn’t cause patients any pain but instead feels similar to a vibrating hot stone massage. You’ll feel some mechanical vibrations as the device delivers targeted pressure energy and radiofrequency energy to your treatment areas to address your cellulite. You won’t need any numbing cream or pain medications. Instead, you can relax and enjoy the fact that you are one step closer to not just smooth skin but cellulite-free skin.
This treatment process provides patients with an extremely safe way to target and treat cellulite. The RF cellulite treatment device has an embedded infrared thermometer as well as a real-time temperature monitor. The technician can monitor and control the temperature from the treatment head or the monitor to maintain and ensure patient comfort. The entire treatment process is controlled, safe, and effective. You can rest assured that when you choose this cellulite treatment at our office, you will be in good hands.
Patients achieve visible results and notice improvements in the appearance of their cellulite after a single treatment. Still, results will continue to improve after each treatment session and build on the results of the session before it. Depending on how many areas you choose to treat and how often you schedule treatments, you can expect to see visible improvements in the appearance of cellulite and smooth skin within 12 weeks of beginning treatment. The body needs time to respond to the collagen induction process and create more collagen and elastin to tighten the skin and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
While you will see improvements after just one treatment session, the best results come when patients schedule four treatments once to twice weekly as needed. Treatments are quick, and once they are over, you can resume your normal daily activities. It typically takes 20 minutes to complete a treatment session, but your session may take longer if you want to treat larger areas or multiple areas in one session.
